Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Standards Policy

Effective Date: October 19, 2026 · Version 1.0

Applies to: all members, applicants, and individuals accessing or using the CatchMeOffline website, mobile application, and related services

CatchMeOffline LLC ("CatchMeOffline," "CMO," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to maintaining a platform that promotes responsible interactions among verified adult members while protecting children from sexual abuse, exploitation, and other forms of harm.

CatchMeOffline maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, and any activity that endangers or exploits children.

This policy applies to all members, applicants, and individuals accessing or using the CatchMeOffline website, mobile application, and related services.

1. Purpose and Commitment

CatchMeOffline is committed to maintaining a platform that promotes responsible interactions among verified adult members while protecting children from sexual abuse, exploitation, and other forms of harm.

2. Minimum Age Requirement

CatchMeOffline is exclusively intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older.

To support this requirement:

  • All applicants must confirm that they are at least 21 years old.
  • Applicants must complete government-issued identification verification through CatchMeOffline's designated third-party identity verification provider.
  • Individuals under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering for or maintaining membership.
  • Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be denied membership or terminated, as applicable.
  • CatchMeOffline reserves the right to request additional verification when an applicant's or member's eligibility is reasonably questioned.

Age verification is intended to reduce unauthorized access but does not guarantee that every individual will provide accurate information or successfully be identified as ineligible.

3. Prohibited Conduct

CatchMeOffline strictly prohibits any activity involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, including but not limited to:

A. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

  • Creating, uploading, sharing, distributing, requesting, possessing, or facilitating access to child sexual abuse material through CatchMeOffline services.

B. Grooming and Sexual Solicitation

  • Attempting to establish contact or develop a relationship with a minor for sexual exploitation, including grooming, coercion, manipulation, or sexual solicitation.

C. Child Trafficking and Exploitation

  • Promoting, facilitating, arranging, or participating in the trafficking or sexual exploitation of minors.

D. Sexualization of Minors

  • Posting, distributing, promoting, or encouraging content that sexually exploits or sexualizes children.

E. Exploitative Communications and Activities

  • Using member profiles, QR codes, proximity locator features, or any other CatchMeOffline service to facilitate prohibited interactions involving minors.

F. Circumvention of Safety Measures

  • Providing false identification, misrepresenting age, or attempting to bypass identity verification or other safeguards to engage in prohibited conduct.

These prohibitions apply regardless of whether the activity occurs directly within the application or involves misuse of CatchMeOffline services to facilitate harmful activities outside the platform.

4. Prevention and Platform Safety Measures

CatchMeOffline incorporates safety measures intended to reduce the risk of misuse of its platform. These measures include:

  • Age-restricted membership: Membership is limited to adults 21 years of age and older.
  • Identity verification: Applicants undergo government-issued identification verification through a designated third-party provider.
  • Membership approval: Access to membership features is subject to completion of the required registration and verification process.
  • No in-app private messaging: CatchMeOffline does not provide an in-app private messaging feature. The platform is designed to encourage introductions in person.
  • Member reporting: Members may report suspected violations of this policy through designated reporting channels.
  • Account enforcement: CatchMeOffline may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts associated with suspected or confirmed prohibited activities.

These safeguards are intended to support platform safety and do not replace the responsibility of members to act lawfully and responsibly.

5. Reporting Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation

CatchMeOffline encourages members and other individuals to report suspected child sexual abuse, exploitation, or violations of this policy. Reports may involve:

  • Suspected involvement of a minor in prohibited activity.
  • Sexual solicitation, grooming, or exploitation of children.
  • Suspected child sexual abuse material.
  • Attempts to misuse CatchMeOffline membership features to exploit minors.
  • Other behavior that may place a child at risk.

Reports may be submitted through CatchMeOffline's designated safety reporting channel or the contact information published on its official website. Individuals reporting suspected violations should provide relevant details when available, without downloading, reproducing, or redistributing suspected CSAM. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement. In the United States, suspected child sexual exploitation may also be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.

6. Investigation and Enforcement

CatchMeOffline takes reports of suspected child sexual abuse and exploitation seriously. Upon receiving a report, CatchMeOffline may take appropriate steps, including:

  • Reviewing the reported account, conduct, or activity.
  • Restricting access to relevant membership features while a report is assessed.
  • Suspending or permanently terminating membership when warranted.
  • Preserving relevant records or evidence when legally required or otherwise appropriate.
  • Reporting suspected child exploitation to appropriate authorities when required by applicable law.
  • Cooperating with lawful requests from law enforcement or authorized agencies.

CatchMeOffline may take immediate protective action when it reasonably determines that continued access to its services could create a risk of harm. Membership termination for violations of this policy may occur without prior warning, subject to applicable law.

7. Cooperation With Law Enforcement and Child Protection Organizations

CatchMeOffline is committed to complying with applicable laws concerning child sexual abuse and exploitation.

When legally required, CatchMeOffline will report suspected child sexual exploitation to the appropriate authorities, including NCMEC where applicable.

CatchMeOffline may cooperate with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and authorized child protection organizations in connection with lawful investigations.

Relevant information may be preserved or disclosed as required or permitted by applicable law and in accordance with CatchMeOffline's Privacy Policy.

8. Protection of Member Information

Reports and investigations involving suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation will be handled with appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards.

CatchMeOffline will limit access to sensitive information to authorized personnel and service providers with a legitimate need to review it.

Personal information will be processed, retained, preserved, or disclosed in accordance with applicable law, the CatchMeOffline Privacy Policy, and relevant legal obligations.

  • Cooperate with legitimate platform safety investigations when reasonably requested.
  • Use CatchMeOffline's membership features responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Members must not use the CMO cap, QR code, locator, member profile, or other platform features to facilitate unlawful activities involving minors.

Any member found to have engaged in child sexual abuse or exploitation, or to have used CatchMeOffline services to facilitate such conduct, may be subject to immediate and permanent account termination.

CatchMeOffline reserves the right to deny future membership to individuals whose accounts have been terminated for serious violations of this policy.

Where appropriate or legally required, suspected unlawful conduct may be referred to law enforcement or child protection authorities.

11. Policy Updates

CatchMeOffline may revise this policy periodically to reflect changes in applicable laws, platform features, industry safety standards, or regulatory requirements.

The most current version will be made available through the official CatchMeOffline website or application.
